White Nights is a 24 hour festival in Florence before a national holiday.

Just got back from incredible meal in Florence at the White Boar.

Roasted pork & potatoes and wild boar with polenta were both fantastic. The spinach & ricotta appetizer was good enough to be saved for dessert but we still ordered fresh strawberries with mascarpone cream. Molto bene.
